Sobre Mesas is for anyone who likes the idea of meeting new people and discovering delicious new dishes at the same time. The concept of this dinner event is much softer than the usual dinner party meet-ups. It brings together a small group of diners, good food on the table and enough structure to make it feel easy, rather than intimidating.
This edition is hosted by UAU CAFÉ and served Middle Eastern style, with several different sharing dishes so everyone can try a bit of everything. Wine and water are included too, which will help to make the whole thing feel more like a warm dinner event.
It’s a great option if you’re new in Barcelona, tired of friend apps, or just in the mood to sit down with people you probably wouldn’t otherwise meet. All you need to do is come hungry and open to conversation.
