Calling Barcelona’s beer lovers - one of our favourite beer events descends on the Plaza Mayor of Poble Espanyol once more. The Biergarten Beer Festival prides itself on being the most authentic beer event in the city and it’s back with its 14th edition.
An opportunity for anyone interested to enjoy all things beer and all things German! Festival goers will get the chance to choose from a wide range of beers such as wheat beer, black, pilsener, lager, and classic food dishes including frankfurts, bratwursts, picantwursts, knuckle, bretzels and much more.
But that doesn’t even scratch the surface. To accompany the German gastronomy, there’ll be a number of fun competitions like hot dog eating, a yodelling contest, and limbo. I’m sure after a couple of beers, you wouldn’t mind trying your hand at yodelling, right? So, grab your friends, and get down to Poble Espanyol to join in on all the German-style fun.
