BOICOT presents Speedy J

The Garage of the Bass Valley in Hospitalet de Llobregat closed for major renovations in early July, going out in style with a massive night of dark techno and bass music from Regis and Surgeon. Two months on, the venue begins its new era in equally impressive style, in the company of one of the artists who shaped the techno sound of the Benelux back in the early Nineties, Rotterdam's Jochem Paap, aka Speedy J.
This isn't the first time BOICOT have booked Paap, and they are clearly very excited that the man behind three and a half decades of classic Dutch techno is coming to kick off their new life in the revamped Garage. The bill of Spanish and local supports is led by longtime DJ and producer Kastil, who plays a live set. Barcelona's Speak Silence and Blaark will also play warm-up DJ sets.
