Qigong was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It’s a practice that uses different types of exercises to help improve energy across the body, mind and spirit. The aim is to reach a better state of health and well-being. Its benefits are both psychological and physical and it involves breathing, movement and postures to help strengthen the body.
