This month Bon Aprofit will present a workshop at NauART as part of Poblenou Open Day called Food Plays: Vegetables as Materials, an educational activity aimed at families which focuses on food and its properties.

Through games and creative expression, including the creation of an edible table setting, this two-hour workshop will lead parents and children through an exploration of the properties, forms, and colors of fruits and vegetables with the intention to educate participants about food’s ability to increase concentration, happiness, and overall vitality, while also breaking prejudices that we may have about our food.
