GastroFest Km0 is Barcelona’s love letter to local produce: a weekend where top restaurants turn locally produced ingredients into bite-size plates you can graze your way through. It’s all about “producte de proximitat” - seasonal and traceable - so you’re tasting the territory as much as the cooking.
This year, the festival shifts to Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm, mixing food with beer culture. Expect 8 restaurants, 16 Km0 dishes, and a programme of tastings and pairings (including deep-dives into ingredients like Carxofa Prat) and Damm beers. Don’t miss the Aula de Cuina: live showcookings and workshops created with Revista Cuina, including a dedicated focus on Women in Gastronomy.
Beyond the food, the event offers live music, DJ sets, a sweet market, food pairings, competitions and family-friendly activities - the perfect way to wind down at the weekend. We’ll see you there.
