The Rooftop Smokehouse celebrate La Mercè with an homage to the storied combination of the gilda – a pincho made from anchovies, olive and chili – with vermouth. The chefs there know a thing or two about the alchemy of smoked food and will be serving up smoked gildas together with brined and fermented goodies, all accompanied by locally made vermouth. DJ West will supply the beats. Your hangover won’t stand a chance.
