Independent BCN Coffee Festival

In 2016 the big hitters in the city’s independent coffee scene – Nømad Coffee, Right Side Coffee, Satan’s Coffee Corner and Skye Coffee Co. – get together with All Those to shine a light on the wealth of quality shops, cafés and providers of the tasty beverage in Barcelona.
They’ve returned this year with an even bigger event, bringing like-minded companies from all over Spain to celebrate the growth of the scene and give the city a taste of their wares. Kicking off on Thursday, October 31st with two Pro Days (with entry at €85 per day) aimed at people who work in the industry, there’ll be activities, talks and workshops for coffee shop owners, baristas, roasters and enthusiasts.
Saturday will be the open day, with entry for just €3, offering coffee and activities with chefs, artisans and producers. They also promise music, food, craft beer, natural wine, coffee-based cocktails and, naturally, non-stop coffee. For those of us who fuel our lives with the precious java, it’s an unmissable event.
