Jazz Festival Sant Andreu

The 11th edition of the Jazz Festival de Sant Andreu returns this summer. With an intention to bring music to the Sant Andreu district, it spotlights established and emerging musicians within this dynamic genre.
Primarily driven by the desire to involve young people in the wonderful world of jazz, it offers the stage to a variety of young national and international performers each year. This year’s programme includes concerts from the likes of Lola Peñaranda, Elsa Armengou, Campisi, The Jungle Jazz Band, Joan Monné Quartet, and Arcarazo Quintet.
Aside from the mainstage, there will also be the Jazz Education Stage. Here, there will be a number of daily concerts in the mornings and afternoons where young people will have the opportunity to learn from some of the VIP jazz guests attending this year: Joan Chamorro, Carlos Santana, Scott Robinson, Jon-Erik Kellso, and Alba Pujal.
