With Joan Rubau (vocals and harmonica), Lluís Figueras (guitar), Gerard Cantero (bass), Bikentios Chávez (drums), and Miquel Brugués (piano), you can expect an exciting evening of eclectic jazz music.
Ultimately, Last Livin’ Souls is a blues band with influences taken heavily from the Texas style of jazz musicians. Their repertoire combines pieces by Freddy King, Otis Rush, the Allman Brothers, Albert Collins and others with their own themes and some rock elements thrown in too. They come to Jamboree also to present their first studio album released this year. So come along and enjoy the strength and power of this band, and a fast-paced live performance that is sure to leave you wanting more.
