When was the last time you did nothing? No scrolling or texting, watching television, ruminating over past events or making plans for the future. Of course, in this day and age, it’s so easy to be distracted by everyday things, that we risk losing our grasp on the present moment. Mixed in with the daily stress we experience, unrestrained emotions can take over and lead to toxic patterns of behaviour, destructive thoughts and suffering.

To help counteract this, the Institut de Salut Holística has planned a Mindfulness Workshop. Open to everyone, the workshop is an invitation to cultivate the state of presence in our day-to-day lives and it aims to encourage us to live from a more conscious attitude through full attention to breathing.

So, if you want to form long-lasting calm and peacefulness in your mind and body, as well as live a fuller and more healthy life and reconnect with yourself, then this workshop is for you.
