The talented Rooftop Smokehouse folks will be slow cooking an entire pig for 24 hours to serve it up on buns, caraway sauerkraut and Shropshire Blue cheese on Friday, January 26th at Pastrami Bar. Wash it down with a craft beer, or head behind the “secret” shop front to Paradiso for a cocktail. From 7:30pm till they run out.
