Sant Tomàs i Reis Christmas Market
By Charlotte Stace

Christmas market season is well and truly upon us. If you’d like to check out one of the lesser known markets, then head over to the Sant Tomàs i Reis Christmas Market. Held on the pavements of Gran Via covering roads between Rocafort and Muntaner, you’ll find traditional crafts, toys, gifts and much more.
Everyday from 10 am to 9 pm, the market will be open from mid-December until early January following the Day of the Magic Kings. There’ll be a range of stalls selling locally-produced artisanal goods such as: Toys - traditional cuddly toys will be on sale between Comte d’Urgell and Muntaner; Gifts - artisan goods and a range of Christmas gifts will be available between Calàbria and Comte d’Urgell, Crafts - there’ll be stalls selling Catalan crafts between Rocafort and Calàbria; and Churros - these traditional sweet treats will be distributed throughout the fair.
