By Charlotte Stace
The sustainable design and fashion market comes to the city this Saturday, July 11th. The market’s aim is to promote slow and sustainable designers, producers and creators in the city.
Held at Degallery in the Raval, the event will present a showroom of fashion from sustainable designers, as well as slow workshops, live music and food. Designers to be showcased at the event include Sylvia Calvo, Mbasa, Raíces by Judith Gómez and many more. Opening at 12pm with a vegan paella, the event will run all afternoon. From 5pm, Sloü invites market goers to a special one-year anniversary celebration with cava and cake.
Of course, with the interest in safety being of the utmost importance, the event will be following health and safety regulations. There will be a limited capacity and attendees are kindly asked to bring their own masks. To attend, sign up on the market’s website.
