Time out fest 2025

One of the things I love most about summer in Barcelona is all the outdoor foodie festivals. One of which is the Time Out Fest which returns to the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm to celebrate its 5th anniversary with a special "Catalunya Edition." It’ill spotlight 12 top chefs from across the region - from Terres de l’Ebre to Girona and Lleida - who will present an array of dishes that highlight the richness of Catalan produce and culinary traditions.
This year's lineup features renowned chefs such as Jordi Roca of Rocambolesc, Meilan Kao of Kao Street, Antonio Sáez of Xuba Tacos, and Carles Abellan of Tapas 24. Attendees can savour exclusive dishes like canelón de bacalao confitado, taco de cochinita pibil, and helado de leche de oveja ripollesa. The festival also brings live music performances including DJ sets by Bulma Beat and Gerard Estadella.
Beyond the culinary delights and live music, the festival also offers a program of activities such as talks, tastings and workshops suitable for all ages.
