Poblenou cultural space Nyamnyam uses food as a catalyst to open conversation among locals.
Today is the final session with Marc Caellas of creative food series Todo lo que me gusta es ilegal, inmoral o engorda and his project Cuerpo Serrano, a performance celebrating the culture of pork. Almost every part of the pig is consumed, making it, as Homer Simpson unwittingly observed, an almost “magical animal.”
