It’s the beginning of December and many among us are thinking about what we might pick up to present to our pals in association with the Caga Tió, the Three Kings or Santa Baby. It’s fair to say that the high street is becoming a less attractive destination for this style of seasonal shopping, as we try to find original designs to support the efforts of local producers and keep our neighborhood economies ticking over.
We Love Cats Market is an event that promotes just that, taking a significant interest in the plight of homeless felines in the process. On the last weekend of the month, they celebrate their sixth annual edition in the reformed industrial space in Poble Sec, CREC. Dozens of paw-picked small brands will be in attendance, and the thousands of visitors attending previous editions have raised over €9,000 for several local cat shelters.
