Bún Bò Viêtnam
Their mission is to bring traditional Vietnamese cuisine to the people of Barcelona. The kitschy décor has been flown in from Vietnam; the chefs trained there too. House specialties include pho’, soup with flat rice noodles packed with fresh vegetables and herbs, as well as bún, a vermicelli noodle salad.
Recommended starters include nems (spring rolls) and spicy Asian Lettuce Cups. Prices are reasonable; during the week they offer a lunch menu for €9 and you can grab dinner and drinks for less than €20. Cocktails include classics like mojitos and caipirinhas from €3.50, Asian cocktails like a Saikirinha (a caipirinha made with sake) and a cocktail of the month for €4.90. Outdoor seating available.
