The name means “completely satisfactory,” the type of experience founders Therry and Omar aim to provide. There is a sustainable vibe, from the vintage interior to the locally sourced, organic menu. They offer everything they love: soups, sandwiches, crepes, salads and organic burgers (beef or chicken).
There are vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options, plus breakfast (try the “trashy” Eggs Benedict with stack of French Toast) and weekend brunch. For sharing, try the Greek sampling platter; it’s excellent. They do good cocktails too, such as a mean Bloody Mary and well-mixed gin & tonics.
