Mog
By Charlotte Stace

Mog is a modern Goan restaurant run by siblings Raul and Rachel, offering homey Indian recipes with Barcelona’s sharing-plate style, paired with natural wines.
The interior features wine-coloured accents and exposed red brick, reflecting the owners’ love of natural wine. The menu is concise, with eleven mains and starters, two sides, and a dessert. Expect coconut, tamarind, and ginger flavours mixed with local seasonal ingredients. Highlights include the crunchy beef curry “croquetas,” vibrant Goan fish curry, and the Mog Ka Prao with spicy mince, mushrooms, and raw egg yolk. Dessert is a showstopper: coco crème brûlée with pandan leaf and a smooth cardamom ice cream. Delicious.
A destination for both casual lunches and special evenings with friends or that someone special, Mog is a must-experience right in the heart of the Eixample.
