Rabbit's
By Charlotte Stace

Rabbit's Bar in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district is a recent addition to the city's vibrant culinary scene. The establishment (the brainchild of chef Jordi Cunill) offers a unique blend of traditional Spanish tapas and modern dining experience.
The menu pays homage to fresh, high-quality ingredients, featuring a variety of tapas and small plates. Choose from traditional tapas dishes such as the Russian salad, hand-cut ham, and croquettes, or be bold and try one of the more innovative offerings like tempura zucchini flowers stuffed with sausage or spicy tripe and fricandó. Or, simply stop by for a selection of oysters and an ice-cold glass of cava.
The interior (crafted by Pilar Líbano's studio) has been designed to replicate the feel of a long-standing neighbourhood spot. It features a prominent marble bar, burgundy tones and warm lighting, creating a cozy ambiance. So, if you haven’t already tried this addition to Barcelona’s tapas scene, what are you waiting for?
