Tasty, healthy and unique are what underpins this plant-based, Asian fusion restaurant. Opened in September, the Scandinavian-themed space has drawn in rave reviews, with the signature veggie sushi coming in as a favorite, and non-vegan customers praising how delicious vegan food can be.
The sushi rolls are creative and healthy; the gluten-free Pickly Pear, for instance, is made with black rice, pickled daikon, beetroot, sake-poached pear, teriyaki walnuts, turmeric & ginger. Popular starters include cauliflower popcorn and tofu, mushroom & sesame gyozas, with menu entries like ramen miso, red Thai curry, BBQ jackfruit bibimbap and NY-style noodles with peanut sauce.
If you’re not already convinced to stop in, they claim their kimchi to be the best in the city, and for that hangover, head over for a veggie brunch, throwing in a Kimchi Mary to cure any self-inflicted ailments. Tasting menus come in at €35 or €50 per person. They also deliver!
