Cava Sabrage

A fun, adrenaline-packed activity promising plenty of cava to drink afterwards (you’ll need it) Uncorked Academy’s Cava Sabrage is perfect for those looking for a unique experience in Barcelona this summer.
You’ll learn how to uncork a bottle of cava with one swift stroke of a sword, then sit back and discover the history of cava and champagne sabrage. The sabrage event takes place on Thursday, July 23rd from 8am to 10:30pm at Uncorked Academy, a wine school and social space focusing on sustainability and community (you can also book a private event for your group).
