Introduction to Artisan Sourdough Bread by BonsFocs is a hands-on workshop for anyone who has ever wanted to make their own bread from scratch. Organised by All Those Experiences, the session introduces the basics of traditional sourdough baking, from choosing the right flour and preparing a starter to kneading dough and understanding fermentation.

Leading the workshop is Mónica, the baker and teacher behind BonsFocs. Raised in the mountains among rural traditions, she has spent 19 years making bread using traditional techniques, natural ingredients and lots of patience.

During the session, you'll prepare your own dough, experiment with different flours and taste a selection of artisan breads made from organic ingredients. You'll also take home your dough to finish baking, a sourdough starter and a recipe booklet.

Note: No previous baking experience is needed, just a willingness to get stuck in.
