The Grammy-award nominated musician, singer and songwriter Jordan Rakei comes to perform live for fans at Razzmatazz this month.
Borin in Tokoroa, on New Zealand's North Island, he later moved with his family to Brisbane, Australia at the age of three, where he stayed until making the move to London in 2015. Since arriving in the UK, he’s released five studio albums, been nominated for some of the biggest awards in the music industry, and performed at some of Europe’s most well-known festivals. To put it bluntly, there is no end to this man’s talents.
He uses his music as a way to explore his inner psyche, producing lyrics that talk about emotional evolution, personal growth and family. He mixes elements of soul, jazz and electronic music to produce records that are unique and unforgettable. He now comes on tour with his latest album The Loop (2024) - don’t miss him live.
