The fourth edition of the Mahou Bravas Fest Barcelona is a whole festival dedicated to Spain's most iconic tapa: the humble, the glorious, patatas bravas. This event brings together some of Barcelona’s best bars and restaurants, all of which will be offering you their take on this dish so that you can compare styles, sauces, crispiness levels and personal preferences all in one place.

This year’s lineup includes iconic spots such as La Esquinica, Senyor Vermut, Bar Córdoba, Montesquiu, Ocaña, Món Việt (winner of the 2025 Jury Prize) and Xinvic (winner of the 2025 People’s Choice award), with more names joining. There will also be workshops, showcookings, guided tastings and the very important mission of crowning the city’s best bravas. 

Remember - this festival won’t feature just any ordinary patatas bravas. There’ll be a whole range of creative bravas dishes to tingle your taste buds, with chefs putting their flair on this traditional dish.
