Meat & Fire Festival is a temple of smoke, flame and serious carnivorous pleasure. A festival built around live-fire cooking in its most primal, delicious form, you can expect open grills, glowing embers, expert parrilleros and the unmistakable smell of meat cooking slowly over wood and charcoal.

The 2026 edition brings together grill masters from around the world, with names including Mikel Viñaspre of Sagardi, Julio Cruz and Eloy Mera of Ñaño Asar, Pop Arnold Emerson of El Chuleton, Andeka González of Fisterra Bovine World, Daniel Cocchia of La Birra Bar, Lídia Brás of Bondlair Bistro and chefs representing fire traditions from Ecuador, Portugal, Argentina, Italy, Greece, Colombia and beyond.

Alongside the food, there’ll be live cooking demonstrations, masterclasses, bars, artisanal products and music to keep the energy going. No fuss, no frills, just smoke, skill, flavour and a lot of very happy meat lovers.
