According to Peruvian chef Andrés Huarcaya, ceviche was invented by the ancient Moche people. He’ll explore this and other cultural riches of pre-Columbian Peru at this final conference in the CaixaForum’s series on the Mochicas, a people who flourished over a thousand years ago in what is now northern Peru. There will also be a cooking demonstration and tasting.
