MOCO Museum Barcelona debuts the British singer Robbie Williams’ first art exhibition. Williams shot to fame as a member of the boy band Take That back in the 1990s. Following that, he went solo, producing hits such as ‘Rock DJ’, ‘Angels’, and ‘She’s The One’. He is one of the most successful musicians in the world with six of the Top 100 best-selling albums in British history, 14 Number 1 singles and a record 18 BRIT Awards.
Now, he’s decided to explore a new avenue through art. The exhibition ‘Confessions of a Crowded Mind’ delves into the strange realm of the mind. Crowded with worries and wonders, the mind often gives way to intrusive thoughts and heavy emotions. Williams embraces this tangled web through his art, producing pieces that express his inner emotions.
The work on display offers a shared space as a sanctuary for crowded minds to accept imperfection as a feature of our collective humanity.
