Don’t miss the new exhibition from teamLab at CaixaForum. TeamLab is a collective that emerged in Japan in 2001. It is made up of professionals from different disciplines including art, programming, engineering, mathematics or architecture. They work together to investigate the links between art, technology, design and nature with the aim of exploring the relationship between individuals and the world around them.
For this exhibition, the group has developed two immersive experiences - Born from the Darkness, a Loving, and Beautiful World, and Graffiti Nature: Lost, Immersed and Reborn. These works will consist of a series of ideograms projected on the walls of the room. Visitors can interact with them by standing in front and extending their arms out.
This will cause digital images to appear on the walls, which will constantly be updated through visitor involvement. This immersive and multisensory experience invites us to rethink our relationship with what surrounds us.
