For over 20 years, Thievery Corporation has occupied a unique spot on the US music scene. Founded by the duo Eric Hilton and Rob Garza in Washington D.C. over 25 years ago, together with scores of guest musicians, singers, rappers and MCs, they’ve created ten studios albums and many remix EPs and compilations across a huge spectrum of styles: funk, jazz, latin, hip hop, Brazilian, reggae and dub.

Diversity has always been a crucial aspect of their music. To that end, they’ve always aimed to fuse influences from styles and genres across the world without falling into stereotypes. From their debut album to more recent works, they’ve explored and experimented with genres, artists and lyrics to make some of our most beloved tracks.
