The tony neighborhood of Sarrià is an appropriate home for this restaurant, founded by globetrotting gourmand Carlos with the aim of bringing together the best of his culinary encounters. Le Ciel de Sarrià’s culinary influences are Spanish and French: scallops, oysters, foie… oxtail, smoked salmon, sous-vide Iberian pork ribs. That’s some serious umami. Splash out on the tasting menu for €35 per person, including a drink and dessert – you’ll be in heaven.
