Bobo Choses
By Sophie Cameron
Fun, sun, adventure – just three of the words that come to mind while perusing Bobo Choses’ collection. Based in Barcelona, the clothing company creates bright, bold items for both women and children, with their prints and designs following themes of nature and the great outdoors.
While 2017 was all about Jacques Cousteau, their 2018 collection is inspired by Jane Goodall, the anthropologist known for her work on chimpanzees: the Gombe sweatshirt is named after the Tanzanian village where she carried out research, while banana prints are an obvious nod to the primates. Geometric butterflies, childlike clouds and abstract treetops also feature, with everything from skirts and dresses to cardigans and jumpsuits available.
The accessories range features simple yet beautiful handbags and tote bags, while the selected books (including Neverending Summer and Dear World, featuring a young Goodall and a young Cousteau respectively) make great gifts for adventurous kids big and small.
